Networking
Past, present and future networking opportunities with Creative Cultures
One of the most successful aspects of our service, are the regular networking events we facilitate. We see networking as one of the most important aspects of our service provision to the cultural sectors. We have many great stories of networking nights resulting in new work & partnerships – as well as practitioners finding out about up and coming shows, projects and events, creating the solid foundations for a confident and supportive creative community…

We're currently planning our 2012 networking / events - please keep checking (or subscribe to our newsletter , twitter or facebook page)
Overview
Networking events are held in various venues, from the support and contributions from key cultural bodies in Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire. We ask guest speakers to present their work / news in short 5-10 minute presentations providing conversational points for the networking attendees to “kick off” conversations with. We promote and encourage attendees to mingle and meet new faces to talk about their interests and work. Refreshments are often provided and for 2 hours (or so!), attendees can relax and chat about culture in a focused, yet informal atmosphere.
